Overview

The AgencyZoom app allows your agent to seamlessly integrate with AgencyZoom’s contact management platform, enabling automatic contact updates and data synchronization during conversations. This integration is perfect for updating client information, logging call activities, and maintaining accurate contact records directly through your agent.

How to configure AgencyZoom

Step 1: Navigate to the AgencyZoom app In your Strada dashboard, navigate to the Apps section in the left sidebar, then locate and click on AgencyZoom to begin the configuration process. Step 2: Configure your API credentials Click the Connect button to open the AgencyZoom configuration dialog. You’ll need to provide the following information: AgencyZoom Configuration
  • Agency Name: Your AgencyZoom agency name
  • Email: Your AgencyZoom email address
  • Password: Your AgencyZoom account password
Step 3: Test and save your configuration After entering your AgencyZoom credentials, click Connect to test the connection and save your configuration. Strada will verify that it can successfully connect to your AgencyZoom account.

AgencyZoom Permissions

The AgencyZoom integration requires the following permissions:
  • Update contacts: Permission to modify contact information in AgencyZoom
  • Read contacts: Access to view existing contact data
  • Log activities: Permission to record call activities and interactions
These permissions are essential for Strada Voice to perform the configured AgencyZoom actions effectively. You can review and manage these permissions within your AgencyZoom account settings.

  • Keep your AgencyZoom API key secure and never share it publicly
  • Regularly rotate your API keys for enhanced security
  • Monitor your AgencyZoom contact updates to verify proper usage
  • Disconnect the integration if it’s no longer needed
