Overview
The Gmail app integration allows your agent to send emails directly through your Gmail account during conversations. This integration enables automated email delivery, follow-ups, and notifications based on conversation outcomes.How to configure Gmail
Step 1: Navigate to the Gmail app In your Strada dashboard, navigate to the Apps section in the left sidebar, then locate and click on Gmail to begin the configuration process. Step 2: Connect to Gmail Click the Connect button to initiate the OAuth authorization flow. You will be redirected to Google where you can authorize Strada to access your Gmail account.Make sure you’re logged into the correct Google account before clicking Connect. You may need to grant
permissions for Strada to send emails on your behalf.
- Review the permissions that Strada is requesting
- Select which Google account to connect (if you have multiple)
- Click Allow to grant Strada access to send emails through your Gmail account

Post-Call Workflow Actions
Gmail can be used in post-call workflows to automate follow-up processes:- Send Email - Send follow-up emails after call completion
Gmail Permissions
The Gmail integration requires the following permissions:- Send emails: Permission to send emails on your behalf through your Gmail account
- View email address: Access to your email address for sending purposes
You can review and modify these permissions at any time in your Google account settings under Security →

Security Best Practices
- Only grant the minimum required permissions for your use case
- Regularly review connected apps in your Google account
- Monitor sent emails in your Gmail account to verify proper usage
- Disconnect the integration if it’s no longer needed
