Overview

The Organizations section overlooks API key management, secure secrets storage, usage monitoring, and member administration.

API Keys

The API Keys page allows you to generate authentication keys for accessing Stradaโ€™s API. Enter a descriptive name in the text field and click + Create to generate a new key. The key will be displayed onceโ€”copy and store it securely. The table shows all your keys with their names and creation dates. Use separate keys for different integrations and delete unused keys to maintain security.

Secrets

The Secrets page allows you to securely store sensitive information like API keys, passwords, and credentials that your agents need to access external services. Secrets are encrypted and can be referenced in your agent configurations without exposing the actual values. Secrets Click + Add Secret to create a new secret by entering a key name (identifier), the secret value (masked for security), and an optional description. Use the search bar to find specific secrets, and view all secrets in a table showing their names and descriptions.

Usage

The Usage page provides insights into your call volume and minute consumption. Select a date range to view the Call Statistics chart showing daily breakdown of call duration in minutes. The Total minutes counter displays usage for the selected period, while the Period Usage Summary on the right shows your annual consumption (e.g., 2905 / 50,000 minutes used this year) with a visual progress bar indicating percentage used. Track your remaining balance and next billing period start date to manage your plan effectively. Click Export to download detailed usage data for reporting or analysis.

Members

The Members page allows you to manage team members who have access to your Strada account. Strada supports Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to help you manage permissions and access levels for your team members. Adding Members Click + Add Member to invite new users by email. Here, youโ€™ll also be able to define their roles:
  1. Viewer: Can view agents, workflows, knowledge bases, analytics, and call history
  2. Editor: Can create, edit, and delete agents, workflows, and knowledge bases
  3. Admin: Full access to manage members, roles, and all organization settings
Only users with the Admin role can assign the Admin role to other members.
The members table displays each userโ€™s name, email address, and the date they were added to the account. Use the search bar to quickly find specific team members, and click the delete icon (๐Ÿ—‘๏ธ) to remove a memberโ€™s access. Manage your team efficiently to control who can view analytics, configure agents, and manage campaigns.

Test Numbers

The Test Numbers page allows you to assign phone numbers as test numbers. Calls to or from these numbers will be automatically labeled as โ€œTestโ€ in your call history, making it easy to distinguish test calls from production calls. Test Numbers Click + Add Test Number to create a new test number entry by entering a phone number and an optional label. The table displays all configured test numbers with their phone numbers and labels. Use the delete icon (๐Ÿ—‘๏ธ) to remove test numbers when theyโ€™re no longer needed.
