Overview

The Claims page provides a centralized view of all claims collected during agent conversations. This feature is designed for customers using Strada’s FNOL (First Notice of Loss) product to track and manage insurance claims. Each claim entry shows the date and time it was created, its completion status, the number of form blocks collected, and provides access to the associated call history and detailed claim information.

Date Range Filter

Select a custom date range to view claims from specific time periods. The date picker allows you to set start and end dates to narrow down your claims list. Use the search bar to search within claims for specific keywords, claim types, contact information, or other claim-related data.

Claims List

The main view displays all claims as individual cards, each showing:
  • Date and Time - When the claim was created
  • Open Conversation History - Link to view the complete conversation transcript and recording associated with this claim
  • Claim Type - The type of claim
  • Time Elapsed - How long ago the claim was created
  • Form Blocks - Total number of form blocks required for the claim
  • Completion Status - Two indicators:
    • Completion Percentage - Percentage of required form blocks that have been completed
    • Status Badge - Current status of the claim
    • Progress - Number of completed blocks out of total required blocks

Export All Claims

Click the Export all button in the top-right corner of the claims list to download all filtered claims data for external analysis, reporting, or integration with other systems.

Export Individual Claim

When viewing a claim’s details, click the Export claim button to download that specific claim’s information in a structured format.
