Authorized Domains controls which origins are allowed to embed the Strada chat widget on their pages. Navigate to Settings > Organization > Authorized Domains to manage your allowed origins.

Adding an Origin

Enter an origin in the input field and click Add. Two formats are supported:
  • Exact origins - A full URL with protocol, like https://example.com. Paths, query strings, and fragments are stripped automatically.
  • Wildcard patterns - A hostname pattern like *.example.com (no protocol). This allows any single subdomain, such as https://app.example.com or https://staging.example.com.
Each origin must be unique within your organization.

Managing Origins

The list shows all configured origins with a badge indicating whether each is a Domain (exact) or Wildcard (pattern). Click the trash icon to remove an origin. Origins can only be added or deleted, not edited.

Visibility

All members can view the list. Adding and deleting origins requires Admin or IT Admin.
