# AgencyZoom

> Connect your Strada Voice agents with AgencyZoom for contact management

## Overview

The AgencyZoom app allows your agent to seamlessly integrate with AgencyZoom's contact management platform, enabling automatic contact updates and data synchronization during conversations. This integration is perfect for updating client information, logging call activities, and maintaining accurate contact records directly through your agent.

## How to configure AgencyZoom

**Step 1: Navigate to the AgencyZoom app**

In your Strada dashboard, navigate to the **Apps** section in the left sidebar, then locate and click on **AgencyZoom** to begin the configuration process.

**Step 2: Configure your API credentials**

Click the **Connect** button to open the AgencyZoom configuration dialog. You'll need to provide the following information:

* **Agency Name**: Your AgencyZoom agency name
* **Email**: Your AgencyZoom email address
* **Password**: Your AgencyZoom account password

**Step 3: Test and save your configuration**

After entering your AgencyZoom credentials, click **Connect** to test the connection and save your configuration. Strada will verify that it can successfully connect to your AgencyZoom account.

## Available AgencyZoom Actions

Once connected, your agent can perform the following actions:

### After Conversations (Post-Conversation Actions)

* **Update Contact** - Update contact information in AgencyZoom after the completion of a conversation

### Strada Workflows

AgencyZoom can be used in Strada workflows to automate the process of updating a contact in AgencyZoom both during as well as after a conversation.

## AgencyZoom Permissions

The AgencyZoom integration requires the following permissions:

* **Update contacts**: Permission to modify contact information in AgencyZoom
* **Read contacts**: Access to view existing contact data
* **Log activities**: Permission to record conversation activity and interactions

## Security Best Practices

* Keep your AgencyZoom API key secure and never share it publicly

* Disconnect the integration if it's no longer needed
* Keep your AgencyZoom account secured with strong passwords and two-factor authentication
